What is that white stuff on my candle?

It's called frosting and it's an honest indication that you have a soy candle. Frosting is a natural characteristic of pure soy candles. The frosting in no way affects the integrity of our products nor does it effect the scent throw. Frosting is similar to the bloom on unevenly tempered chocolate.


What happens to the wax after burning my flameless candle?

The wax never disappears after burning your flameless candle.


What happens to the scent of my flameless candle?
The scent will eventually disappear after burning your flameless candle over time. 

What does scent throw mean?
Basically it is the intensity or strength of the candle's scent. There are two types of scent throws, a cold and a hot.  The cold scent throw is the intensity or strength of the scent when not burned.  And, the hot throw is the intensity or strength of the scent when the candle is burned.

What does burn time mean?
The amount of time it takes for the wax in a candle to be consumed completely.
